My StoryAfter searching far and wide, going door to door knocking on factory office doors in Uji, Japan, I've been able to procure a special batch of matcha to share.
Getting deeper into tea has been one of my greatest joys lately especially as I've leaned away from alcohol. It's been an amazing way to bring people together around a different kind of drink (it's the same me, different flavor).
As matcha becomes a little harder to get and a lot more popular, here's a special opportunity to not only try a bunch of different blends side by side, but a first taste at something I'm hoping to create.
I've hosted tastings in New York, San Francisco, and Austin when I first got back from Japan and I'm excited to share space and share tea with you along with all the things I've learned about matcha on the way (:
